  • Memberships update:
  • May 5, 2025: We have now moved our website and membership data to a new management company that will provide a much smoother experience with membership and registrations in the future.  
  • Member renewals and signups were paused from March 1 until May 5 we moved our data to the new website manager.
  • Paper applications that you gave to your Area Rep were not affected and will be processed normally.
  • For those who still need to renew, if you are a member from 2024 you will remain a member until June 5 while you have a chance to renew or join by computer at that time. 
  • The new site will send out welcome emails and reminders to renew about May 6.

Membership Benefits

  • Free Quilt Entry to Annual Show
    Enter your first quilt for free at the annual quilt show (a $15 value). You don’t need to attend the show or Quilt Fest to participate—just enter your quilt!

  • UFO (Unfinished Objects) Annual Challenge
    Join our popular UFO challenge! Submit an entry form, complete your unfinished quilts, and send in photos of your finished projects. You’ll be eligible to win a $20 reward, and at Quilt Fest, a grand prize winner is drawn to receive a $100 prize.

  • Local Guild Support
    Strengthen your local guild! If your local guild has at least three state guild members, it’s eligible for $50 in support for quilt show prizes or educational events. For 10 members, that support increases to $100, and with 40 members, up to $300 annually.

  • Discounted Quilt Fest Registration
    Attend Quilt Fest, our annual statewide event, at a discounted rate—a $30 value in savings just for members.

  • Member Mall Access
    Advertise your quilting services for free in our Member Mall, visible to all guild members. This benefit is exclusively available to members.

  • Quilt Shop Discounts
    Enjoy discounts at many quilt shops across Utah when you show your UQG membership.  

  • We have a discount with Quiltfolk Magazine.  The code is GUILD33, and is valid for 15% off your next order through March 31, 2025.

Please complete the form information including your Name, Street Address with City, State, Zip, Telephone Number and MOST IMPORTANTLY an Email Address!  It is essential that you include an email address not only to receive the monthly electronic newsletter (Beeline) but also to access the members only website sections (such as the Directory). All memberships will run April 1st through March 31st. New members will pay the $20 yearly rate when they join before the Annual Quilt Festival. 

Of course, you may add $20 to any of the amounts shown above and add an additional FULL YEAR to your membership. We do accept payments for additional years, but they must be in full year increments. If you are unsure of your current membership expiration, check your directory listing on our website or send an email to the Membership Registrar at Membership@utahquiltguild.org   Thank you so much for your continued support.

All memberships expire on March 31st of the following Year.
i.e. Join in 2024 and your membership will expire March 31, 2025.  
Multiple years can be purchased at one time.
