Click button for details on Utah Quilt Guild Quilt Show Rules

New For This Year: If you are submitting a quilt to be entered at Springville as well as the Utah Quilt Guild Quilt Show.....Please list Debbie Breivik and Virginia Lee as alternate pick up people.  We have made arrangements to pick up all those quilts from Springville, so you don't have to make the trip.  NOTE:  You must have the 4" sleeve required for the UQG Quilt Show under the required Springville sleeve.

We will again have ten classes for the adult portion of the competition. We will also have the Group (3 or more people) and Youth (18 years and younger) classes.

There are no separate categories for pieced, modern, applique, etc. All quilts in a class will be judged against the other quilts in that same class and ribbons will be awarded in proportion to the number of entries in the class.

The classes are:
Freshman – To encourage – Quilters (Solo and Joint) entering a quilt show for the 1st time
Sophomore – To promote – Quilters (Solo and Joint) having entered 3 or fewer quilt shows
Junior – To preserve – Quilters (Solo and Joint) having entered 4 or more quilt shows
Senior - To Inspire - Quilters (Solo and Joint) having won a Blue Ribbon in a major quilt show competition.
Master – To inspire – Quilters (Solo and Joint) having won Best of Category or Best of Show ribbons in a major quilt show competition
