Art Auction Baskets

The Utah Quilt Guild Board and Committee work diligently not only to provide a wonderful Quilt Festival, but to keep our costs as low as possible. We depend upon a few fundraisers to help and the Art Auction Basket silent auction is one of those efforts. 

Art auction baskets need to be contained in some kind of vessel unless it’s a quilt or a free-standing item. Please wrap in clear cellophane …you know how people like to peer in to see all the goodies inside. Include a tag of some kind to include the contents and the approximate value of the items as well as the name of your group…we need to know who to give the Viewers’ Choice prize money too!

If your group has been working on your art basket donation, thank you. If your group has not begun , please reconsider. And please know how much your efforts are appreciated…we couldn’t do it without you.
