Dining event prices reflect the cost for registered participants. Guest/non-registered participants may purchase individual dining event tickets, but the tickets must be purchased by a registered participant and will cost more.
If you are planning to sign up for the 4, 5, or 6 dining event packages, please purchase the package - not the individual dining event ticket. You receive a discount when you use the dining event package purchase.
If you are purchasing individual dining events, guest dining event tickets or just the lectures, then please sign up using the appropriate individual dining event.
The NO FOOD OPTION includes table favors, drawings, and entertainment/speaker/business meeting. NO FOOD is included.
The Davis Conference Center does not allow outside food or drink. You may sit at the table during the meal, but you will not be able to "brown bag" your own food. Feel free to eat your own food outside of the conference center.

Summary of Events ---
Tuesday Lunch (noon) - Box lunches are available for purchase. These lunches are not part of any dining package. Box lunches are a choice of Turkey Avocado Croissant, or Prime Roast Beef with Cheddar Cheese, or, Club Sandwich, and lunch sides
Tuesday Evening (7pm) - Sandra Starley will be the guest presenter showcasing a selection of antique quilts as a part of a bed turning. The Quilt Show awards will also be presented during this event. Diner will be a buffet with and assortment of Cold and Hot D'Oeuvres and Desserts.
Cold Hors D’Oeuvres: Bruschetta with Tomato, Garlic and Basil; Domestic and Imported Cheeses with Dried Fruit and Crackers; Mini Croissants Chicken Salad - No Nuts; Pineapple Shrimp Display; and Field Vegetables with Parmesan Ranch Dressing . Hot Hors D’Oeuvres: Pork Pot Stickers with Soy Dipping Sauce; Swedish Meatballs; Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites; Vegetable Egg Rolls with Sweet and Sour Sauce; Italian Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms; Grilled Chicken Skewers with Lemon Pepper Glaze; and chef’s choice of soup. Wednesday Noon Event (noon) - Guest presenter will be Emily Taylor with a collection of her collage quilts. The luncheon menu will be Lemon Basil Chicken Plated Lunch with a House Mixed Greens Salad and Dessert of Key Lime Pie.
Thursday Noon Event (noon) - Guest presentation will be by The QUILTING BEES OF UTAH Quilt of Valor Guild. Three members speaking will be Teresa Hatch (President), Elizabeth Edmund, and Kristie Melaney. The luncheon buffet will be a Texas & Mexico Buffet (GF) Chicken Tortilla Salad with Cilantro-Lime Ranch Dressing, Roasted Corn and Pepper Salad (GF), Tri-Colored Tortilla Chips with Guacamole, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo and Cheese (GF), Cheese Enchiladas with Roasted Chili Sauce, Chicken and Beef Street Tacos (GF Available) Refried Beans and Spanish Rice (GF), and Chef’s Selection of Assorted Desserts
Friday Noon Event - Vendor Party in the Vendor Area of Quilt Fest. - Box lunches are available for purchase. Box lunches are a choice of Turkey Avocado Croissant, or Prime Roast Beef with Cheddar Cheese, or, Club Sandwich, and lunch sides.
Friday Evening Event (7pm) - Jerry Dunbar will be providing a piano concert and showing some of his quilts. The buffet dinner will include Field Greens Salad with Blood Orange Vinaigrette (GF) (DF), Beans Almandine and Tri-Colored Peppers Salad (GF), Pear and Apple Cole Slaw (GF), Salmon with Dill Sauce (GF), Oven-Roasted Pot Roast (GF), Grilled Chicken (GF), Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables (GF), Horseradish Mashed Potatoes (GF), Assorted Rolls & Butter, and Chef’s Selection of Assorted Desserts . After dinner and the presentation, we will award the winners of the mini quilts. So make sure you have purchased your chances before dinner.
Saturday Noon Event (noon) - This is the annual Utah Quilt Guild Business Meeting. Final Quilt Show awards will be presented, and the Opportunity Quilt will be awarded. The luncheon menu is a selection of either Lime and Herb Encrusted Atlantic Salmon Plated Lunch
with Strawberry Shortcake for dessert or Sirloin Steak Plated Lunch with Chocolate Decadence Cake for dessert.
